Villa Description

‘Arcangela’ is a one story villa. From here one can enjoy clean air perfumed by the fields, the view is a continuous spell, ever changing as the seasons of the year. It sleeps six people. ‘Arcangela’ is a 250 square meters (2500 square feet) villa. It features two private covered  decks with a field view, a private pool, a courtyard, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), televisions.

The whole house is paved with cement mosaic tiles, in the characteristic style of the Portuguese era. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. A formal Living Room and a separate Family Room are furnished with two sets of sofas and a divan. A quiet Study furnished with a set of arm chairs with a bookshelf, and a vast variety of books makes the perfect setting for an ardent reader. The furniture throughout the house is made with uses old salvaged teak.

From here one has access to an Outdoor Dining verandah which seats six people and lies between an open Courtyard and the Pool. The Pool can be accessed from here or also from the living room which it overlooks. Guest can just laze on the seat getting their legs and back massaged in the Jacuzzi.

The Kitchen is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, an electric gas, a Refrigerator stocked with wine, beer & drinks, a Microwave oven, Toaster, Water purifying system for safe drinking water and other small appliances. It is for self-catering and a laundry area with a washing machine for self-use. There is also an inverter, in case of power cuts. The in house housekeeper does daily cleaning and towel / linen change - once every three days.

In all the Bedrooms the furnishings are romantic and elegant. Four poster king size beds flanked on either side by elegant side tables with an ottoman, to complete the whole settee there are also writing desks with a chair. In all these rooms you will find a satellite television and an air conditioning unit. They all open onto decks with a field or pool view.
